I use a varying amount of techniques tailored to your specific needs for every session! The techniques include (but are not limited to) Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, and Reflexology.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation. Hot stones are also used manually throughout the massage to promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
*If you'd like to only receive Hot Stones for a small portion of the massage (ex: only legs, only back, etc.) you may request this for a $10 add-on to any customized session (must be requested in advance to the appointment). That is considered a Targeted Stone Therapy enhancement.
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet and/or hands. Unlike other foot/hand massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet/hands themselves, Reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to Reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into specific zones in your feet/hands. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury/surgery, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Can't make it into the office? If your home can accommodate my table, I can accommodate you! If you are interested in me bringing my table to you, contact me and I will try to work with you in being able to enjoy my services from the comfort of your own home.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair, either in my office or I can bring the chair to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
Chair massage is available to corporate offices for special events, such as Employee Appreciation events or Wellness Fairs, and can be set up as a one-time event or a recurring event.

Essential oils are a powerful way to enhance the effectiveness of your massage. They can help relieve stress, reduce pain, increase circulation, and promote relaxation. They are applied topically during the massage along with massage cream/lotion, as well as diffused into the air via water diffuser.
My current options for oils include:
Lavender |
Eucalyptus |
Tea Tree |
Spearmint |
Tangerine |
Mint & Rosemary |
You may also request to blend multiple oils together!
CBD Cream is applied to one section of the body needing extra attention and relief. CBD Cream can help reduce inflammation and chronic pain. There are also studies that show the CBD oils in the cream can help improve blood pressure, skin health, and anxiety/stress levels.
There are many different types of CBD Cream out there, but the particular one I use is from CBD Clinic, Strength Level 4.
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is used to improve the flow of blood and energy in the body to facilitate healing. Glass or silicone cups are used to create the suction without the use of flames (e.g., fire-cupping), and no skin is broken (e.g., wet cupping or needle cupping).
Rejuvenate your skin with a luxurious sugar scrub that will make your feet feel soft and renewed. Scrubs are a great way to reduce stress, and promote relaxation during your massage.
The process begins with hot towels, followed by the sugar scrub, more hot towels to remove the sugar, and ending with a massage with body butter to further soften the skin. There are different options for both the sugars and body butters as follows:
Sugar Scrubs | Body Butters |
Eucalyptus Tea | Peppermint & Eucalyptus |
Orange Ginger | Pomegranate & Acai Berry |
Pink Grapefruit | Velvet Sugar |
*This is a service I generally offer for the feet, but if you would like it applied to your back or hands you may request that as well! If you want it applied to multiple parts, you may be charged for each section to account for product costs.
Enjoy a massage specifically tailored to discover your needs! At $1.33/a minute, the price is great-but it's a gamble to see how much time you receive! By choosing this massage, you are agreeing to let the massage therapist decide how long your session lasts, based on how your body responds to the touch! You also agree not to "instruct" your massage therapist how to work (beyond explaining contraindications) - this is a learning experience! This session is mainly to assess your body's state and help to determine if and how much massage is right for you. This option is only available one Saturday a month. Clients are picked via a raffle one week before the assigned Saturday. Please contact me via email or text to be entered into the raffle! If you'd like to request a specific month to be entered, please specify.
